The Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency passed the following by-laws for the purpose of carrying out its authority and competence arising from the Broadcasting Law and other laws:

1. Statute of the Republic Broadcasting Agency ("Official Gazette of the RS" nos. 102/05)
   
2. Regulation on Broadcasting Licence Form
   
3. Regulation on issuing broadcasting licences
   
4. Regulation on standards for determining the amount of radio and/or television broadcasting fee
   
5. Regulation on the procedure and conditions of imposing measures and withdrawing broadcaster licences
   
6. Regulation on the procedure of enforcement of decisions of the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency ceased to be in force based on a decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia (Decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia), 10 December 2008 ("Official Gazette of the RS" no. 112/08)
7. Regulation on the content and form of identification card of the person authorised for the enforcement of decisions of the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency
