RBA Council general binding instructions

The Agency makes general binding instructions for the purpose of more detailed regulation of particular issues relating to programme content, independently of the broadcasters' existing practice. A general binding instruction may relate to a particular issue regarding programme content, to a number of related issues, and may also relate to all issues concerning programme content (Broadcaster Code of Conduct). So far, the following general binding instructions have been adopted:

  1. General binding instruction regarding broadcaster conduct – Broadcaster Code of Conduct

  2. General binding instruction regarding publishing the contents of records excluded in criminal court proceedings

  3. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2008 local, provincial and republican parliamentary elections

  4. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2008 presidential elections

  5. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2007 parliamentary elections

  6. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2004 local elections

  7. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2004 election of the President of the Republic of Serbia

  8. General binding instruction to radio and television stations (broadcasters) regarding conduct in pre-election campaign for 2003 parliamentary elections

  9. General binding instruction in pre-election campaign for 2003 election of the President of the Republic of Serbia
