RBA Council issued the following acts in order to implement the powers and authority of the Broadcasting Act and other legislation:

Regulation on the procedure of enforcement of decisions of the Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency ceased to be in force based on a decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia (Decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia), 10 December 2008 ("Official Gazette of the RS" no. 112/08)
