The Agency may pronounce a reprimand or a warning against a broadcaster, and may temporarily or permanently revoke its broadcasting licence in accordance with the Broadcasting Law.

To date, the Agency has pronounced seven reprimands, which are pronounced against a broadcaster which has for the first time breached an obligation stipulated by Broadcasting Law or an Agency by-law passed on the basis of the Law. The reprimand is not published in the media.

The Council pronounced nine warnings against:

4. Public enterprise „RTV Sabac“ - RTV Sabac

6. Public enterprise „Niska Television“ – NTV
7. „RTV 5“ d.o.o. - TV 5
8. „Belle amie“ d.o.o. - TV Belle amie
9. Public enterprise „Studio B“ - TV Studio B
